Introduction to Stand Up Paddling

Looking to try something new this summer? Try out Stand Up Paddling, a great full-body workout! Enjoy a new activity in a welcoming environment as you take in the sights of the Boston skyline from the Charles River. SUP, paddle, and personal flotation device (PFD) are provided. All you need to bring is a willingness to try something new! Please be prepared for the weather. With all water activities, we run the chance of a surprise swim! Dress accordingly, and bring a change of clothes for afterward. We recommend quick-dry shorts and a bathing suit. In case of lightning, high winds or heavy rain we will cancel (with at least 2 hours' notice) and provide an opportunity to re-schedule on the following Wednesday, August 28.
