PEP TRAINING - An Introduction to Gentle Reprocessing
- Starts: 9:00 am on Friday, April 5, 2019
- Ends: 4:00 pm on Saturday, April 6, 2019
Gentle Reprocessing is a psychotherapeutic technique, which can stand on its own or be used in concert with other forms of therapy. A unique integration of guided imagery, drawing, storytelling, cognitive therapy, inner child work, and bilateral stimulation, GR is designed to help clients release negative emotions associated with depression, anxiety and/or PTSD.
A growing body of promising evidence suggests GR can promote deep, rapid and lasting improvement. Through lecture, videos, live demonstrations and experiential practice, clinicians gain level I GR skills to integrate into their practices.
