Tey Meadows (Columbia University) will discuss her new book "Trans Kinds: Being Gendered in the Twenty-First Century." This is an ethnographic investigation of the first generation of families actively and publicly facilitating gender non-conformity in children. The event is co-sponsored by the BU Women's, Gender & Sexuality Program.
