Tis the season of parades, masquerade balls and king cakes. It’s Mardi Gras in our four Dining Rooms on campus March 5th and you better bring your appetite. With all your “Fat Tuesday” favorites from Etouffee, Po-Boys, Gumbo and Jambalaya this night will be the night to bring your mask but more importantly your appetite!
