Visiting Chef Series Dinner

The 2nd most popular Dinner of the year is our Visiting Chef Series Dinner. This semester we'll be working with a collection of restaurants featuring Indian Cuisine. The restaurants we'll be re-creating menus from are; Dosa Factory in Boston, Diva in Somerville, Mela on Tremont and Bukhara in Jamaica Plain.
Some dishes featured will be traditional Naan Bread to Tandoori Tikka right on up to Vegetable Pakoras and Beef Saagwala. This night will truly be the feast of feasts this semester!
