The Chelsea Community Schools Homework Help program is looking for tutors/mentors! Homework Help is a CCS initiative designed to improve the academic performance of students in grades 5-8 in the Chelsea Public School system. We are looking for BU student volunteers to provide academic support and mentoring to our middle school students. The commitment is 2 ½ hours, once a week, Wednesdays until mid April. We also offer an in-class tutoring option for volunteers looking for classroom experience. Contact our on-campus coordinator Edgar Puesan at edpuesan@bu.edu, call (617) 466-5233 or check out our website http://www.chelseama.gov/ccs/homeworkhelp for more info!
