South of the Border & Caribbean Night at West Campus

Remember being a little kid and going on a road trip with your parents down to Florida? Were we the only ones subjugated to this experience when we were kids? Well anyway, on your way down you stop in the Carolinas and hit up South of the Border, it’s a huge sombrero and they sell fireworks and such. The more we think about it, the more we realize it’s really not a big deal when you’re an adult. Oh well, tonight at The Fresh Food Co. at West Campus they will be featuring some authentic South of the Border cuisine with a little Caribbean flavor thrown in.
