Pardee Women’s Group
The Pardee Women’s Group is a student-led graduate organization dedicated to empowering young women as they enter the professional world through workshops, social events, and speaker series. We strive to engage members with like-minded students and professionals; encourage our fellow Pardee students by welcoming women in a variety of career fields to share their stories and accomplishments; and empower them to be engaged global leaders.
We hold a diverse range of events throughout the year designed to give women the tools and knowledge necessary to accomplish their professional, academic, and personal goals. Some key events include our speaker series, an initiative that is dedicated to spotlighting successful women from various industries. We also host a variety of workshops on topics regarding female empowerment in order to provide students with the ability to develop essential skills, gain confidence, and prepare for the world beyond university.
At the PWG, we embrace and encourage diversity in many forms and are committed to providing an inclusive space for our members. We strive to foster a space that reflects the community we serve and where everyone feels empowered to bring their full, authentic selves to the group. We believe that diversity drives innovation, and because of this, we welcome anyone who is passionate about empowering women to join our organization.
