Biography
Elaine Teng has 5 years of experience working in the public and non-profit sector on youth engagement, environment sustainability and international affairs. Before joining the Pardee Center, she was a research consultant for the Center for International Development’s Sustainability Science Unit at the Harvard Kennedy School. Her international experience includes work with the Singapore government on youth engagement policies and programs, and as senior executive with the Singapore Institute for International Affairs, with a focus on environment policy and public education. She is broadly interested in the role of education in international development and interdisciplinary collaboration in addressing global problems.
