Biography
As a Visiting Fellow at the Pardee Center, Dirk Swart is researching the future and impact of technological development in Africa. He has published research on trade treaty negotiation and policy, and is employed at Cornell University.
Dirk completed his undergraduate education in Computer Science and Business Policy at the University of Cape Town, South Africa, and holds a Masters degree in international relations from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University.
