Biography

Grant Marlier is a doctoral student at the Department of Political Science at Boston University.

As a Graduate Fellow at the Boston University Frederick S. Pardee Center for the Study of the Longer-Range Future, Grant is working on a paper that looks at the longer-range trends in globalization and higher education, especially in U.S. universities expanding abroad in deeper and more permanent ways than before.
