Pardee Director to speak at CITL Annual Conference

Anthony Janetos, Director of the Frederick S. Pardee Center for the Study of the Longer-Range Future, will speak at the the third annual conference of the Center for Interdisciplinary Teaching & Learning (CITL) at Boston University’s College of General Studies on Saturday, June 27th. The conference, titled “Science and the Humanities Confront the Anthropocene,” will take an interdisciplinary approach to generating a more comprehensive understanding of the impacts of ecological and technological trends on the planet and on humanity. Featured topics may include climate change, mass extinctions, synthetic biology, Artificial Intelligence, transhumanism, and more.
