Preceptor Module
Overview

The purpose of Preceptor Training is to provide a structured program to reinforce students’ skills by improving preceptors’ tobacco cessation education and counseling, and the supervision of students in the clinic setting. The preceptor training module is a one hour training which may be presented in a lecture/classroom format or as a self-study course using a choice of PowerPoint materials, audiotape, DVD, CD and VHS.
