At Boston University's Sargent Center, we take great pride in the range of innovative educational programs we offer in, about and for the outdoors. On March 22nd, we will host a one-of-a-kind event at our Hancock campus celebrating sustainable agriculture through gourmet food and wine.
Wine in the Woods is a culinary event and fundraiser that will educate guests on wine pairings and organic foods. Master of Wine Bill Nesto and Executive Chef Victor Beguin will dazzle diners with a menu of French country cuisine and select French wines that were produced from grapes grown either organically or biodynamically.
