Attention to detail

Meals, served buffet-style in Northern Lodge, are provided as part of the School Program, as is lodging in our fully-winterized cabins and dormitories. Some schools arrange for extra services, such as an evening snack or special performance. Many groups also choose to order School Program t-shirts as special souvenirs. The following forms will help you organize the details of your stay—we recommend starting with the planning timeline, which will explain exactly what you should be planning, and when:

From that time, we’ll lead you and your students through the lessons you during the planning process. With the exception of general supervision outside lesson periods and afternoon/evening electives, our instructors will be responsible for each day’s events. Teachers should come prepared to deliver elective courses as determined throughout the planning process with our instructors.
