Life at Adventure Camp
Where will I live?
Most
Adventure Camp staff members share sleeping quarters with our campers.
You can expect to be assigned to either a cabin or a yurt village. Cabins
offer bunk beds, electricity, and full bathrooms. Our new yurts, set in a
beautiful stand of pines, are canvas structures with screened windows, skylights,
and a freestanding bathhouse. An important part of your responsibility as
an Adventure Camp staff member will be to supervise campers and foster a
positive community in the living quarters.
Where will I eat?
Adventure Camp has a great kitchen
staff that prepares family style and buffet meals for campers
and staff. There are plenty of vegetarian options, and
we offer a salad bar every day. All Adventure Camp staff and campers eat
together in our large dining hall, continuing to build
a positive community.
