Planning Tips

As you begin planning, you’ll want to make sure that you gather the following information:

• Estimated attendance
• An approximate date for your event (and at least one back-up date)
• Your budget
• If you’re a student group, you should know your activities office requirements

In addition, we have some advice you might want to consider:

Discounts for large groups and students are available

• Off-season pricing applies to events held November 1 – April 15
• Think outside the box, retreats are great for new organizations, but they are also extremely valuable for established groups
• Come prepared! Be sure to view our list of What to Bring
