Directions

Sargent Center is a short two-hour drive from most major New England cities. Here’s how to find us:

From Metrowest/Boston Area:

[For buses and cars/vans during non-rush hour travel times]

• Take Route 128 to Route 3 North.
• Take Route 3 North to Exit 8 West, 101A (Milford, Peterborough, and the Monadnock Region).
• After 6.4 miles, take a LEFT onto the ramp for 101 West. Follow Route 101 West to the light in Peterborough (Ocean National Bank on your left). Continue on Route 101 West 2.2 miles past the traffic light.
• Take a RIGHT onto Union Street. There’s a blue Boston University Sargent Center sign 300 yards before the turn. Drive 1 mile on Union Street.
• Take a LEFT onto Windy Row. (Look for Boston University Sargent Center and Overlook Farm signs). Drive 3.4 miles.
• Take LEFT onto Sargent Camp Road at the red BOSTON UNIVERSITY SARGENT CENTER sign. At bottom of short hill, take LEFT into the parking lot.
• After parking your vehicle, walk to the Main Office or Northern Lodge for check-in.

From Metrowest/Boston Area

[For cars/vans only (no buses) during rush hour travel times]

• Take Route 2 West to Exit 24B, Route 140 North (Ashburnham, Winchendon).
• Take Route 140 North to Route 12 (LEFT at the stop sign) to Route 202 North, following the cutoff just before downtown Winchendon labeled "To North Route 202."
• Take Route 202 North into Peterborough.
• At traffic lights, make a LEFT onto Route 101 West. Drive 2.2 miles.
• Take a RIGHT onto Union Street. There’s a blue Boston University Sargent Center sign 300 yards before the turn. Drive 1 mile on Union Street.
• Take a LEFT onto Windy Row. (Look for Boston University Sargent Center and Overlook Farm signs). Drive 3.4 miles.
• Take a LEFT onto Sargent Camp Road at the red Boston University Sargent Center sign. At bottom of the short hill, take a LEFT into parking lot.
• After parking your vehicle, walk to the Main Office or Northern Lodge for check-in.

From Central and Western CT, Western MA, and Southern VT

• North on Route 91 to Brattleboro, Vermont.
• Take Exit 3 (US-5/BRATTLEBORO/ VT-9 E/ KEENE N.H.).Drive halfway round the traffic circle onto VT-9 East heading to Keene.
• Cross bridge into New Hampshire.
• Drive through 5 traffic lights onto 101 East.
• Continue on 101 East through Dublin and through the blinking yellow light at Route 137 junction.
• Take a LEFT onto Union Street—there’s a blue Boston University Sargent Center sign 300 yards before the turn on a long downhill grade. Drive 1 mile on Union Street.
• Take a LEFT onto Windy Row. (Look for Boston University Sargent Center and Overlook Farm signs). Drive 3.4 miles.
• Take a LEFT onto Sargent Camp Road at red Boston University Sargent Center sign. At bottom of the short hill, take a LEFT into the parking lot.
• After parking your vehicle, walk to the Main Office or Northern Lodge for check-in.

From Northern VT

• Route 89 South to Exit 5 (Routes 9/202 Hopkinton/Henniker). Follow Routes 9/202 West, into Hillsborough (approximately 15 miles).
• Take exit for 202W/Peterborough to traffic signal. From traffic signal, continue on 202W through Antrim, Bennington, and Hancock into Peterborough to stop sign. (19 miles)
• Turn RIGHT onto 101 West. (Peterborough Plaza will be on your left.)
• Continue on 101 West 2.4 miles past traffic light.
• Turn RIGHT onto Union Street. There’s a blue Boston University Sargent Center sign 300 yards before the turn. Drive 1 mile on Union Street.
• Take a LEFT onto Windy Row. (Look for red Boston University Sargent Center and Overlook Farm signs).
• Drive 3.4 miles. Take a LEFT onto Sargent Camp Road at red BOSTON Boston University Sargent Center sign. At bottom of the short hill, take a LEFT into the parking lot.
• After parking your vehicle, walk to the Main Office or Northern Lodge for check-in.

From Northern NH

• South on Route 93 to Concord, NH.
• Route 89 North to Exit 5 (Routes 9/202 West Henniker/Keene). It is a left lane exit.
  Follow Routes 9/202 West, into Hillsborough (approximately 15 miles).
• Take exit for 202W/Peterborough to traffic signal. From traffic signal, continue on 202W through Antrim, Bennington, and Hancock into Peterborough to stop sign. (19 miles)
