- Fully-executed agreement with industry-sponsor
- Application documents referenced on Applications to Industry page
Amendments/Modifications:
Submit all contract amendments (budget changes, etc.) and/or award modifications (change of PI and no-cost extensions) to the Industry Research Administrator for review.
