Eligibility

The Boston University Office of Rental Property Management leases Boston University owned apartments to full time Boston University graduate students, faculty, and staff members only. Our office does not lease apartments to undergraduate students or those not affiliated with Boston University. Please note only full time Boston University graduate students matriculating at the Charles River Campus are eligible for apartments at 580 Commonwealth Avenue. Medical Campus students and all faculty and staff are ineligible for this building.

Only full time Boston University graduate students at the Medical Campus are eligible for apartments at Harrison Court. Charles River graduate students and all faculty and staff are ineligible for this building.
