Charles River Campus Apartments
The Boston University Office of Rental Property Management (ORPM) leases Boston University owned apartments to full time Boston University graduate students, faculty, and staff members only. Our inventory of apartments is vast and diverse. We offer rooms, studios, one bedroom, two bedroom, and a limited amount of three bedroom apartments. Most apartments are leased on a first come – first served basis. Most apartments must be viewed by the prospective tenant or by a representative of the prospective tenant. Apartments are not leased sight unseen (The only exception to these policies are 580 Commonwealth Avenue and Harrison Court which is located on the Medical Campus- please note that there is a waitlist for both of these buildings). Leases are for 12 month terms.
