Location
All Boston University owned apartments
are conveniently located on campus. In most cases only a five to
ten minute walk to most campus facilities as well as close proximity
to many of Boston's cultural and entertainment centers.
The Boston University Police
All apartments
owned by Boston University are patrolled by the Boston University
Police as well as the Boston or Brookline Police dependant upon
location. Boston University is situated in an urban location and
your safety and peace of mind are paramount. The Boston University
Police offer many programs aimed at helping to ensure your safety.
While the University is not immune to the problems of urban life
its nice to know that there are at least two full service police
departments patrolling the campus. Click on the link or contact

Fire Safety

24 Hour Emergency Maintenance
The Physical
Plant or the more familiar term of the Buildings and Grounds (B&G)
Department provides at 24-hour emergency maintenance service for
after hour maintenance emergencies. Maintenance requests during
regular business hours should be telephoned into our maintenance
office at (617) 353-4102. After hour maintenance emergencies should
be telephoned into the Physical Plants Emergency Desk at 617-353-

Superintendents
Superintendents are available after 5:00 PM and week ends to
assist you with lockouts or to provide any assistance that he
or she can provide in case of emergency. Please be sure to contact
the Boston University Police first regarding any security related emergencies at 617-353-2121. Superintendents are also available to provide
your keys for after hour or weekend move ins. They are also available
to obtain your keys for after hour or weekend move outs. Our office
should always be contacted in advance of after hour move ins
or move outs in order to facilitate the process.
