The Residences at 580 Commonwealth Avenue will be leased to full time Boston University Graduate Students only. We will not be leasing apartments in this building to undergraduate students, faculty or staff members.
Please note Boston University Medical Campus graduate students are not eligible to lease apartments at 580 Commonwealth Avenue. Full time Boston University Medical Campus graduate students are eligible to lease all other University-owned apartments including Harrison Court which is located on the Medical Campus. We suggest that you visit the Harrison Court page on this site. Full time Medical Campus graduate students are also eligible for other University-owned apartments (not yet listed on this site) located on the Charles River Campus.
