Reservation

Our reservation system will be on Monday, September 8, 2008.

All reservations should be made by Friday, October 3, 2008.

While every effort will be made to accommodate your event requests, some events have limited availability. All registration forms will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that unless an event has been cancelled or closed out, all tickets are nonrefundable.

Event packets with pertinent information, including tickets and final schedules, will be mailed to the address on the response form once we receive your registration.

For reservations made after Friday, October 3, event packets with pertinent information, including tickets and final schedules will be available for pick-up on Friday, October 17:

If you have any special requirements (e.g., dietary), please be sure to note them on your response form.
