WELCOME TO THE BOSTON UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY!
Whether you are used to a fast-paced urban environment or the slow pace of a rural area, University Orientation will make your transition to the Boston University Community easier. University Orientation introduces new students and their families to a meaningful educational journey at Boston University.
Participation in University Orientation ensures that you are properly registered for your Fall Semester classes, introduces new students to the expectations and standards that promote the development of intellect and character in the Boston University Community.
These few days include meetings and workshops with University representatives and a variety of social events. Student leaders will guide you through Orientation.
Parents and family members are welcome to participate in the Parent and Sibling Orientation programs.
Please review the information about schools/colleges, diagnostic examinations,
optional Wednesday programming and additional night stays on campus,
and other programs offered during University Orientation.
