Introductory RCR-Online for Undergraduates
The program provides advice on mentorship, introduces basic responsibilities of data management, collaboration, publication, and introduces Boston University procedures relating to scientific misconduct and conflicts of interest in research through a powerpoint presentation and quiz. The program and quiz take a minimum of one hour to complete. Additional recommended links and resources are provided. The Office of Research Compliance will track Blackboard requirement statuses, maintain completion status lists, and will issue certificates upon request.
To Register for Introductory RCR-Online
Undergraduate students may enroll in the course on Introductory RCR. Click on “enroll” on the left-hand side of the page to self-enroll in the course. Some individuals may not yet have an account with Blackboard Learn. Please contact the IT Help Center if you need to set up a Blackboard Learn account. Please contact Alissa Beideck if you have any questions about the course.
- Introductory RCR should be completed within 30 days of starting RCR
