AALAS Learning Library

All individuals working with laboratory animals at Boston University have access to an online learning library through the American Association for Laboratory Animal Science (AALAS). It can be accessed via RIMS, under the IACUC Refresher training.

Required Online Training

Animal users are required to take the following online training modules (follow the path of links indicated):

Initial Trainings:

Compliance and IACUC Training-> Working with the IACUC-Non-VA version (CRC IACUC & LACF Requirement)
Species-Specific Courses->Take the applicable species module (LACF Requirement)

Refresher Trainings:

Compliance and IACUC Training->Refresher: Working with the IACUC-Non-VA version (BUMC/CRC IACUC Refresher Requirement)
