IBC Review Process
Process: The review of protocols was started by the Chair. The review process includes a brief introduction to the proposed research by the Primary Reviewer followed by his/her comments on the application followed by those of the Secondary Reviewer. After the Primary and Secondary Reviewers have presented their reviews the full Committee starts the discussions on the protocol leading to a final decision as noted for each protocol.
