Overview

The Master of Science in Human Resources Management program offers a complex set of skills and abilities designed to assist in understanding how best to organize the structure, position, technical, and human assets, and design the continuity strategy, of a firm to maximize productivity, change, competitiveness, and sustainability. The program’s courses offer a broad perspective of the complexity of today’s international company with its diversified labor force, manufacturing, and service operations spread worldwide.

With appropriate advanced planning, you can use degree electives from your online Master of Science in Human Resources Management to satisfy up to two required courses in an Administrative Sciences graduate certificate program—leaving only two additional courses to be completed in order to receive a graduate-level certificate.

Requirements

Admission to the degree requires five years of professional experience, or the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) Certification, as the program structure provides advanced perspectives and predicates that individuals have basic knowledge of human resource management. Unless they hold CEBS Certification, students must complete the seven core management courses in addition to the four Human Resources specialization courses, and one additional course.

Students with CEBS Certification must complete eight required courses.
