Steve Williams, who joined OGC in June 1985, focuses primarily on matters involving real estate (including leases, permitting and zoning), commercial transactions, housing and residence life, student affairs, bond financing, business ventures, and general business matters. Before joining the office, Mr. Williams was an associate at the law firm of Goodwin, Procter & Hoar in Boston and a Teaching Fellow at Stanford Law School. He also clerked for the Honorable Adrian G. Duplantier in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. Mr. Williams graduated cum laude from Tulane University, receiving his B.A. in 1975. He then earned his law degree from Stanford Law School in 1978.
