Willis Wang has been with OGC since January 1998 and became Deputy General Counsel in May 2005. He was appointed an Assistant Secretary in September 2005. In addition to assisting with the administration of the office, Mr. Wang’s primary areas of practice are corporate, private equity, institutional asset management, environmental health and safety (including laboratory, occupational, and radiation safety matters), commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, business ventures, technology transfer, and general business matters. Before joining OGC, Mr. Wang was Assistant General Counsel, an Assistant Secretary, and a Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager at Molten Metal Technology, Inc. in Waltham, Massachusetts. He also was an enforcement lawyer with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Boston and in Washington, D.C. A graduate of Emory University with a B.A. in 1987, Mr. Wang earned his law degree from Boston College Law School in 1991.
