In November 2004, Christy Talley joined the office as an Associate General Counsel. Her main areas of practice include litigation, export control, technology transfer, intellectual property, risk management, and commercial transactions. Prior to joining OGC, she was an associate at the law firm of Ropes & Gray in Boston where she focused on litigation and intellectual property matters. Ms. Talley graduated summa cum laude in 1993 with a B.A. from Southwest Missouri State University and then received her J.D. cum laude in 1996 from Cornell University Law School.
