Diane Gardener rejoined OGC in December 2003 and provides advice primarily in the areas of health law, sponsored research, technology transfer, regulatory compliance, information technology, commercial transactions, and general business matters. Ms. Gardener was an Associate General Counsel in the office from April 1985 to March 1992 and later served as outside counsel until her return in 2003. Prior to joining the office in 1985, she was an associate at the law firms of Palmer & Dodge and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in Boston. A 1972 graduate with a B.A. from Barnard College, Ms. Gardener earned her law degree in 1975 from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
