Larry Elswit joined the office in June 1982. He practices in the areas of litigation, labor relations, employment, discrimination, faculty matters, academic affairs, student affairs, insurance, and athletics. Prior to coming to Boston University he was employed as a Senior Civil Rights Attorney at the U.S. Department of Education and an attorney with the Legal Aid Society of Louisville, Inc. in Kentucky. He also taught federal practice at the University of Louisville School of Law. After graduating in 1970 with a B.A. from Cornell University, he earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 1973.
