Are faculty/staff eligible to search the listings?

Yes! Our listings are open to all members of the Boston University community. You must have a valid BU login name and Kerberos password in order to access the listings.

What is the cost for housing?

Rent prices can vary greatly between neighborhoods in Boston. The rent comparison chart shows a range of what, in general, you should expect to pay in monthly rent relative to apartment size and neighborhood location.

How do I list property to rent on your website?

Current Boston University faculty/staff members may list properties on our website at no charge.  Please visit our “Add To Listings” page for instructions on how to list with us.

Can I apply for on-campus housing?

Boston University’s Office of Rental Property Management offers a variety of accommodations, from studios to one- and two-bedroom apartments available for graduate students, faculty, and staff.
