listed below. Please note that there is a $25.00 listing fee for landlords and a $50.00 listing fee for realtors. Your
apartment will not be listed until fees are paid.
If you are affiliated with the University, please be sure to indicate
this in the space provided to ensure your listing will be posted promptly.
Listings are updated weekly, and remain listed for 30 days. Listings can
be renewed for one month by calling the office and submitting an additional
fee ($25.00 for landlords and $50.00 for realtors) if applicable.
