We provide a full range of diagnostic services and treatment options for reproductive endocrinology disorders such as infertility, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), amenorrhea, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, fibroids, hirsutism, recurrent pregnancy loss, and müllerian anomalies. Types of reproductive surgery we offer include laparoscopic tubal reconstruction, laparoscopic tubal ligation reversal, hysteroscopic lysis of uterine adhesions, and hysteroscopic correction of uterine malformations. Fertility preservation consultations are also available for patients preparing to undergo gonadotoxic chemotherapy and/or pelvic radiation therapy. Patients requiring assisted reproductive technologies are treated in collaboration with two area in vitro fertilization centers: the Reproductive Science Center and the Fertility Center of New England.
