Please send email to nethelp@bu.edu and include the following when requesting activation of a network connection(s).

1. Your contact information (your name, office/room number, telephone and email)

2. The address and dept. where the connections are needed.

3. The number shown on the network/ethernet jack(s) you would like activated - specify location on the panel as well (Lower Left, Lower Right, etc.)

4. The type of connection (ethernet, appletalk, UIS)

5. The date you need the connections activated

A Network Systems staff member will promptly process your request and unless there are any questions or problems, you will be contacted when the connection(s) have been activated.
