New Optometrist Appointed To Boston Medical Center, Boston University School Of Medicine

(Boston) –Boston resident Deborah Lee, OD, has been appointed to the position of attending optometrist in the Department of Ophthalmology at Boston Medical Center (BMC) and will be recommended for clinical instructor of ophthalmology at Boston University School of Medicine (BUSM).

Lee received her doctorate of optometry from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, and completed her residency in ocular disease and primary eye care at the Veteran’s Affairs Boston Health Care System.

Lee’s medical expertise is in the treatment and management of ocular disease; the eye and vision conditions that can be sight threatening and lead to eye discomfort. Her interests include co-management of glaucoma and pre and post cataract surgery.
