New Ophthalmologist Appointed To Boston Medical Center, Boston University School Of Medicine

(Boston)–Boston resident Li-Wei Lin, MD, has been appointed to the position of attending ophthalmologist in the Department of Comprehensive Ophthalmology, Oculoplastic and
Reconstructive Surgery Services at Boston Medical Center BMC) and will be recommended for assistant professor of ophthalmology at Boston University School of Medicine (BUSM).

Lin received her medical degree from BUSM and completed her comprehensive ophthalmology residency at BMC.

Lin’s medical expertise is in comprehensive ophthalmology and oculoplastics, the surgical procedures that deal with the eye socket, eyelids, tear ducts and the face. Her clinical interests include cataract surgery and lid and lacrimal pathology, the study and diagnosis of disease within the lacrimal glands.

Prior to her appointments, Lin completed a fellowship in ophthalmic plastics and reconstructive surgery at BMC.
