Boston Medical Center Offering Free Flu Shots

The single best way to protect yourself against the flu is to get vaccinated each year. Boston Medical Center (BMC) is offering a free flu shot clinic on Thursday, November 8, 2007. The flu shot is provided to protect against the highly variable influenza virus. The vaccine is approved for individuals 6 months and older, including healthy people and those with chronic medical conditions. The clinic will be held at BMC’s Menino Pavilion Lobby, 840 Harrison Avenue, between 7 a.m.-7 p.m. For more information, call (617) 638-8491.
