Distortions of perceived space in Parkinson's disease

The overall aims of the project were to investigate the role of abnormal perception and inter-sensory interactions (visual, proprioceptive and vestibular) in the akinesia of Parkinson's disease, and to determine to what extent training and appropriate strategies help people with Parkinson's disease overcome their problems manoeuvring through the environment.
