Neuroscience Update – IMPORTANT GRADUATION INFORMATION

Hello graduating seniors!

You’re receiving this email because you have indicated that you will be or might be walking in the Neuroscience Convocation on Sunday, May 20th in CGS. If you think you’re receiving this email by mistake, please let me know.
1) Name Pronunciation Information – COMPLETE SURVEY

Please complete this quick survey to ensure that your name is properly printed in the commencement program and read correctly as you walk across the stage.

Link to survey: https://goo.gl/forms/UB1gXcC1qzUFnsKI2

NOTE: This form is different from the previous one. Fill it out as soon as possible to avoid embarrassing pronunciations of your name.

2) Baby Pictures:

If you haven’t done so already, please submit your current and baby pictures here as soon as possible. Otherwise we will have to start getting creative with your BUID picture.

3) Graduate Arrival:

Graduates must arrive at CGS (871 Commonwealth Avenue) no later than 8:20am. You will be directed to CGS Room 115 where you will line up and prepare to enter the auditorium as a group.

4) Guest Arrival:

Guests should not enter the auditorium until after 8:30am. Please note that we are anticipating an absolutely full auditorium. If you have a large group of guests, we ask that only parents and/or immediate family sit on the lower level, so that everyone’s parents are able to sit there. There are plenty of seats on the balcony for friends, all with a good view.

There will be designated seating for your guests in wheelchairs near the back of the lower level.

Please reach out to me with any questions you may have!
