Survey of YOUR SCI Care Providers
Take a brief online survey and help NERSCIC create a directory of New England health care providers who give exceptional, accessible care to people with SCI. Feedback from this survey will be used to create a list of clinicians in New England who do a good job caring for individuals with SCI. The resulting list of “SCI friendly” providers will be made available to consumers and providers, to help increase access to high-quality health care. This survey is anonymous.
