Multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to demonstrate the safety and efficacy of the combination of hydralazine + nitrates (BiDil®) versus placebo in African American patients with moderate to severe symptomatic heart failure (NYHA class III-IV with LVEF < 35%) receiving standard treatment.
