Clinical Consultants

The MVP seeks Clinical Consultant(s) who will serve as MVP Faculty Clinicians on contracts and grants projects. Clinicians will provide clinical and hospital operations consultative services on MVP contracts and research and demonstration grants targeted to improving patient flow and care delivery systems in hospital operations and other health care delivery settings. Experience and proven track record of working with hospital colleagues on hospital operations improvement projects required. Five to 10 years experience in a hospital based clinical and/or administrative setting desired. Experience participating in hospital based data collection and research efforts. Knowledge of Operations Management (OM) tools and techniques and their application to the health care delivery system a plus. Excellent writing, communication and analytical skills desired.

Compensation either hourly or by project. Rate negotiable. Some travel required.

RN with research and administrative experience in a hospital setting, especially bed management. MDs with concentration in the following fields (ED, ICU, Surgical Services).
