Adejumoke T. Ademiluyi
Adejumoke T. Ademiluyi is a lawyer who received her Bachelor of Law from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. Admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2005, she is currently a graduate student in the Banking and Financial Law program at BU’s School of Law. Before moving to Boston, Ademiluyi was an Associate at the law firm of Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie, concentrating on corporate matters. She has served as assistant secretary of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business law in Africa (OHADA) and has carried out research on how best to unify Nigerian business law with the OHADA. Additionally, Ademiluyi has presented papers at various seminars in African countries in pursuant of this cause.
