Modern Languages and Comparative Literature encompasses faculty and programs in German, Russian, Near Eastern (Arabic, Hebrew, Persian, Turkish) and Asian (Chinese, Hindi-Urdu, Japanese, Korean) languages and literatures and in Comparative Literature, the study of literature across linguistic boundaries. You can major or minor in many of these languages and in Comparative Literature.
