Short Biography of Dr. Petros Kotidis

Dr. Petros Kotidis is the Chief Executive Officer of Block Engineering, LLC, a leading supplier of FT-IR spectrometers for defense and commercial markets. Previously, Dr. Kotidis was Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Axsun Technologies, a high-tech start-up specializing in the development and manufacturing of unique optical micro-instruments for industrial process control, analytical and telecommunications markets. Prior, as the Director of Optical Networks, Strategic Technologies and Ventures at Nortel Networks, Dr. Kotidis was responsible for evaluating corporate level strategic business options. Before Nortel, he directed New Product and Business Ventures at Textron Systems Corporation, where he was responsible for developing new commercial business opportunities.
