Short Biography of Mr. Jack Delaney
Mr. Jack Delaney is the Director of Technical Operations at BAE SYSTEMS - IEWS. He has been in this position for two years and represents an organization comprised of 170 engineers and 25 technicians. During the previous eleven years at BAE SYSTEMS Jack held the position of manufacturing director and briefly served as an Operations business area director. Before joining BAE SYSTEMS Jack was employed by Martin Marietta as a member of their technical staff. Prior to that he was the process engineering manager for HoneywellÕs Electro-Optics Center. He started his career in the late 70Õs as a product engineer for Chrysler Corp. He is the proprietor of DMTS, a small business that provides medical transcription and billing services to the Manchester, NH community.
Jack has a bachelors and masters degree in manufacturing engineering. He holds professional certification in purchasing (CPIM) from the National Association of Purchasing Management, APICS certification in production and inventory control (CPIM) and integrated resource management (CIRM), and is a certified manufacturing engineering (CMFG).
He lives in Bedford, New Hampshire with his wife Karen. They have two children, Kevin a loan officer at Beacon Mortgage after graduating from UNH in 2001 and Meredith a junior at Bentley.
